Pricing Outline

Cake Bar Experience - regular rate $7 per guest includes travel up to 100 miles, minimum $250 to book. Price includes custom menu with your choice of 4 flavors of cake, 4 flavors of frosting, 6 toppings, cups, forks, napkins, and Cake Bar server included in the price. 

Prices are subject to change due to details and decorations on the cakes, cupcakes, and desserts. Delivery on orders (not including Cake Bar Service) is based on $0.90 per mile from the bakery address one way to the destination. 

Additional size combinations available, Multi tier Heart and Square cakes are also available - request a custom quote. 

Wedding Cake details-

Traditional wedding servings are 1x2 slices, if you want to serve bigger slices go for more servings than you

need. Prices start at $4.60 per serving. Fondant is an extra $20 per tier. Flowers, ribbon and bling are extra.

Toppers can be ordered, I do not make wedding toppers. Generally, the bride and groom will save the

top tier for their one year anniversary. If you plan to do this, be sure to figure that into your servings count. You still pay full price as you are still getting all cake but not serving top to your guests, but you

want to make sure you have enough servings for your guests. Some planners will tell you that not everyone will eat cake. This can be true if you are ordering just one flavor for everyone. If you are offering multiple cake flavors then I suggest sticking to your guest count.

Delivery & Transport

We provide delivery and set up for a delivery fee of $0.90 per mile one way from our bakery at 2483 Fruitland Rd Sunset Tx 76270. We deliver up to 100 miles at that rate. Over 100 miles there is an additional $1 per mile up to 120 miles total. We do not suggest having someone pick up a tiered cake unless they have experience delivering cakes. It can be very stressful and you have to be extremely careful with turns, stopping, accelerating, and avoiding potholes etc. If a cake is picked up we do not take any responsibility for what happens to it once it leaves our shop.

Cake & Cupcake care

Avoid direct sunlight and heat, buttercream will melt. Keep the cake/cupcakes in a cool place until it needs to be served. If the cake/cupcakes need to be on display make sure it is not in direct sunlight, not near a heat source. Cakes/cupcakes can be stored in the freezer for quite a while. Cakes and cupcakes stored in a refrigerator will dry out! If you are storing in the freezer for more than a week, let the cake freeze and then wrap with plastic saran wrap and then cover with the box. If stored in the freezer allow the cake to come to room temperature inside the box, this will reduce sweating. If wrapped in saran wrap, remove saran wrap before thawing.

Carved Cakes

Carved cakes depend upon the amount of detail/ work involved. We start pricing by the serving size the original cake that was carved serves as we still had to use supplies to make it the way you want. Prices start at $5.50 serving. 

Fake cakes start with $50 base fee and the price of the supplies dictates the remaining cost. Fondant accents $10-$20 per tier. Covered in fondant $20+ per tier.

The current price of Styrofoam cake dummies, artificial flowers, and decorative elements can change. These prices include basic decor and up to 10 artificial flowers.

Adding a “slice slot” is $35 and includes the real cake being added to the fake cake. Please be mindful that if you have a slice slot the fake cake needs to be treated and transported like a real cake.

For example, a 6"x 8"x10" fake cake would be $100, this includes up to $10 in fake florals or decor. My goal is for no one to be able to tell its a fake cake.

Custom Decorated Sugar Cookies prices available upon request. Decorated cookies range from $40 - $65 per dozen depending on the number of colors, shapes, design etc.
